I have built the basic platform for the VexIQ, and I can use the controller (the touch LED works), but when I go to use the installed Autopilot program, it says LED is not found. I can plug in different LEDs, using different cables, but it can never find it. Like I said before though, when I use the driver control, the LED lights up and is functional.
We’re sorry that you have encountered this issue. For some sensors, the default port mappings in the Driver Control and Autopilot robot are different - while the Driver Control program is designed to work with the Clawbot IQ and many other basic robot configurations, the Autopilot program is only intended to work with the Autopilot Robot.
In the Clawbot IQ robot build instructions, the Touch LED should be plugged into Port 2. In the Autopilot robot build instructions, the Touch LED should be plugged into Port 5. More information about the default port mappings is available in the VEX IQ Control System User Guide.
