Ball Scored Underneath Tower

Just wondering if balls under a tower with a green cube on top counts as scored, I have tried looking in the game manual and haven’t seen anything but if someone could let me know where it does say anything about that or if it counts or not that would be awesome

This is answered in the Q&A Scoring Clarification : Robot Events. Balls underneath a tower are not scored.
