My team is contemplating about making barrier sleds to easily roll over the barrier.
I saw a team build this and wanted to try it out. Can you guys give some thoughts about the barrier sleds? I just want to see what you guys think about this because I am not too sure.
They are generally very good but building them is different for different bases, can you specify wheel number and size or include a picture of your base because that information determines how it is built.

We, at 79298, use either standoffs on angled pieces or bend polycarbonate, using a heat gum (we do it legally though so dont worry)
Thick or stacked poly is your best option. And barrier climb makes life so much easier in both skills and head 2 head. 229v has some good sleds i would take a look at their reveal.

they are amazing, just grab some 45 degree gussets and slap them at the front and/or back of your robot

I know this is off topic, but Vex should allow us to edit posts to fix grammar mistakes, even if the edits have to go through an approval queue like posts do, just so posts can be fixed for clarity.
