Battery not holding charge

On the topic of battery charge testing, I happened to have one battery with 22 logged charge cycles but it seems like it isn’t holding its charge too well, is that usual or should I move to another thread/support?

Also, I believe someone on my team multimeter measured it to around 12 volts, but the 3 wire ports might be better depending on the circumstance IMO, not sure if they have different specs.

You would need to do some tests using the battery medic program, check to make sure all cells are healthy.

battery is nominally 12.8V, but will be 14.4V after full charge and may drop as low as 10V during normal use.

3-wire ports have 5V output from a separate voltage regulator.
