Battery plug not working?

Recently, after unplugging a previous battery, the battery plug seems to not be working…

I tried to power cycle already.

Any suggestions? Is it fixable, or do I need a new cortex?

I can’t really see much in the video, but it looks like your cortex is getting power. Maybe I don’t understand the problem you are having

Try plugging your controller directly to your cortex with a usb cord to pair the two.

I don’t see a VEXnet key.

Good point. By extension, the two need to be updated to the latest versions. I’m sure you can find a good videotape help pair them, but you don’t want all of those red lights on the cortex or controller.

I think that’s the issue too
Check the VEXnet for the CORTEX maybe :stuck_out_tongue:

Yea… I noticed afterwards that I forgot to plug the vexnet in…
