So when I put my battery on the charger the lights start flashing in this order, red, yellow, off (light turns off) then it keeps on repeating until I take the battery off the charger. Theres nothing in the manual with this order. Whats the problem?
Have you tried restarting the battery. There should be a little hole in the back of the batter. You can stick a paper clip down there to reset it. That might fix the problem.

I heard the Fedex people are going into packages and messing with it. It must had happen that he or she droped the box and the Battery did not servive. If the battery hits hard on the floor it will start acting weird and showing all kinds of lights. Trust me my firend had the same problem
I doubt the battery is failing due to package mishandling/tampering lol.
