hi, so our team has never used lubricant/grease and asking around at states people were saying the benefits is using lubricant out weigh the negatives (which are practically none) So i figured some of the top teams are here, what lubricant/grease is the best for ~$15?

You can pick up white lithium grease from any hardware store for less than $15

I don’t know the legallity of it, but powdered graphite is good. If you can’t use it… you could take a pencil and heavily layer the parts with it… which is effectively the same. I’ve seen this used on a vertical lift. Graphite also has the advantage of NOT making a huge mess to clean up.
