For some reason our order was delayed and it would not arrive in time for worlds.
theres only a week left until we have to head to worlds, so we are looking for a place that can deliver reliably and quickly without costing us too much
it would help if someone knows a local shop that can print in-store in bellevue washington area

Last year in Louisville, we got a banner printed at kinkos overnight.
If you have lots of lead time, say a month, bannersonthecheap.com has been pretty good deal for us. They have regular “sales”. Our 3’x8’ banner this year cost $28 including shipping. (x% off and free shipping). Even when not on sale, decent pricing.
We got one on ebay. They’re cheaper than what I could find anywhere else and many sellers will guarantee a certain production time.
However, in your case I would just go to a local store such as staples or fedex office.
I got mine printed in staples this week. It took around 1 day to finish on regular speed, and costed around $60. Little bit more hefty price, but the speed and the quality is defiantly some of the best I’ve seen based on other teams in our club that also ordered banners from different places. If you just get the base banner from staples for 3x6, its around $50, but I also ordered a few add ons for convenience.
A local printer you can walk into works best. Denron is our local guy but not much help to anyone else.
VistaPrint may be able to expedite printing. Their vinyl is a bit thinner than our local guys but the print quality is still good. At this point expedited printing and drop ship to your hotel in Louisville would be best for an online order.
Don’t forget to ask for grommets to be punched. Tape just does not work well at worlds. Long zip ties around the poles holding the pit curtain works wonderfully through the punched holes. Quick and easy and secure. Tape - not so much.

We got our banner from vistaprint in a little over a week it was good quality as well. You could possibly have it shipped directly to your hotel.
Wow – not much time. Try Hot Off the Press in Redmond (425-869-8212). It’s owned by VEX parents and they have printed posters for EXO before. Not sure if they can get it done this quickly, but I’m sure they will try. Good luck.
