Brain failling

Could you help me, please?

When i turn on the brain (VEX IQ) it apparently starts well but the screen doesnt light, also, when i conect it to the PC through a USB cable, the PC doesnt recognize (i try it using cables from other sets and it keeps doing wrong).

In addition to the USB connection issue, it sounds like your brain has a damaged LCD. This kind of damage is covered by the one year warranty.

The brain has 2 years
