brain ID error

When I power up the VEX IQ Brain, I get an ERROR
“Invalid Brain ID” contact support. I checked all the updates for the firmware and VEXos and everything is up to date. I can X out of that screen and everything seems to work fine. Why am I getting that error? and How can I fix it.

I saw your post and have just found the same issue with a brain i use in my class. Have you had any updates since this post? I was about to call tech support, but wanted to check first.
