I’ve encountered a brain that isn’t connecting to the computer. I’ve been trying to update all of my brains/sensors/motors to the new VexOS, but this particular brain is giving me a 'The last USB device you connected to the computer malfunctioned." message. I have been able to update all of the other brains. Is there a way to reset the connection?
Okay, I got it to work. Something weird was happening on my end. But, I can’t find out how to delete this message.

While you have resolved your issue, for future reference if there is a connection issue between a VEX IQ Robot Brain and a computer, this can be resolved by closing the VEXos Utility on your computer, unplugging the USB Cable from the Robot Brain, power cycling the Robot Brain, reconnecting the USB cable, and then restartnig the VEXos Utility.
