Broken right controller on V5 Controller, can we get replacement parts?

Did anyone have encountered this issue before?

I have dealt with drift-con before, but not sure whether and where I can get a replacement part for VEX V5 controller.

This happened to one of our sister teams but he threw his at a wall.
