Im wondering what is the best cad program that i can use to build my robot (on browser or on computer) for vex vrc. What is the best platform for this

I would use onshape or protobot if you have windows. but onshape is in your browser and it is free if you make a account then you would only need to find some parts lists to cad a bot.
