Camera Bot

I am making a robot that mounted on the top is going to be a wireless bluetooth camera that will be attached to a servo motor and a regular motor, the regular one will be attached to a platform that will be able to turn it 360 degrees, and the servo will be attached to angle the camera up and down. The one problem that i have is i dont know what settings to change on the remote or anything to make it work like this:

I have tried everything i can think of with the settings on the controller and i cant figure it out.
It it possible to do this?

Do you have the programing kit?

no but do i need it if i am going to be running it from the remote?

From what I see on your picture I do not believe you can do that without a programming kit, however try this, plug your rotation motor for the camera into input 1 then the servo into input 2 then for the drive motors I don’t think you can put them both on the same stick and still get it to work well. I would suggest plugging the two drive motors into inputs 2 and 3 left motor into two and right into 3, then for the camera plug either the servo into 1 or 4 and plug the rotating motor into 1 or 4 depending on where the servo was plugged in. Then experiment with what you like best.

I have a Q, do you guy read the inventor’s guide?

Cuz I think I remember reading that you can reverse the sticks so that channel 1 & 2 become channel 3 & 4.

 Yes i did read it and i could not figure out the combination of reveres to use.

Yeah I did somthing similar to this, but with an arm. You dont need the programmining kit just plug the the motor that drive your robot into motor ports 1 & 2. Then plug the servo in port 3 and the motor in port 4. then on the remote go to the menu and go to the drive section and change it to 12. then one stick will control the driving and the other will control the camera

yeah there were like 2 modes 12 and 23 i think it was

Thanks I’ll have to give that a shot.
