Can I extend on two sides, front and back in high stakes?

Can I extend on two sides, front and back in high stakes? Does it mean that I only can extend on one side in the manual?

From what I’ve read in the manual and other forums, you can only extend from one side that you show during inspection. Although I won’t ask in the Q&A
