Got comp tomorrow, our bot not working but we have a ready built hero bot. Well aware were not going to get far, but is it still possible to compete with the Over Under hero bot striker?

You will need to have a few things:

You drive the wheels off the robot. You need to be able to move swiftly, accurately and drive with a purpose at all times. You can not ever have too much drive practice.

You have an autonomous that works reliably.

Hope you get paired with some great robots, and if you do, with them figure out what you can do to make a difference. Strategy in this game is key, there is a great strategy thread search for it. Once you agree on a strategy, make sure you do it.
You will know your partners in advance, go to their pits before and talk to them. Don’t wait until they get to the field. -
Check your build, make sure every screw is tight and every part works smoothly. Are there minor improvements you can make in build stability make them.

yes it could work out very well because at our last tournament 2 hero bot mad it to the finals and almost won the tournament
