We’ve recently found out how to connect to the live stream created by the vision sensor when enabled (Connect to the wifi network created by the sensor/brain and then go to 192.168.1.1 through your browser)
I was wondering if the vision sensor is capable of connecting to another network on which it could stream its video instead of creating its own, insecure wifi network (which anyone can access)?
Can the vision sensor be configured to have a Wifi network with a password?
You can always use bridging/NAT/routing tables (non-trivial; don’t bother if you don’t already know what these terms mean) to connect the Vision Sensor to virtually any network, but reducing the openness of its networking implementation is likely not possible.
