The point is for the robot to “recognize” the location of flags, or balls etc.

I am going to guess you don’t really understand how the Vision sensor works so check out this document.

I apologize if this information was incorrect. On the Vision Sensor‘s product page it sais

Connect a phone or tablet to the V5 Robot Brain through built-in WiFi to stream a live feed of your robot’s view to your device.

This is what I was referring to.
