Can you use V4Cortex on the old PIC chip?

Hi! Just wondering if I can use the new software on the old microcontroller. I can use the old program still, but I have to re-install the USB/Serial for it.

No, easyC V4 is only for the Cortex Microcontroller.

Well that stinks! Now I might have to move the old program to a new laptop…
