Catapult not going down far enough

Hi, our swish bot catapult is not going down far enough.
This only happens when we use the controller.
Any ideas for debugging it?

Can we have some pictures of your code/robot? And if you built the Hero bot (Without modifications), find in the Examples tab this:

This is the predetermined code for the Hero Bot swish. Use this on another slot and see if it works.

Yes. Using the precoded code worked great. We had to update the controller Software too. But thank you very much
