How do you guys break chains (the ones used with sprockets)
it hurts my fingers to break them lol so I didnt know if I was doing it right.
someone help pls

I dont really do much, basically you just use the edge of the chain and disconnect one part of it and then do the other side (you can use a pin tool)
If you post a photo of a chain i could like edit it for more detail bc i dont have chain on me rn

Use a flathead screwdriver.
Over time as you do it more and more, you’ll be able to detach up to 80 chains/sec if you have a contsiner near you.

the flat end of a pin tool is similar to that so if you dont have one you can just use a pintool

I just kinda push one chain up and the other down till the button pops out of the hole then you can separate them…

80 chains/minute, sorry (though some of my friends can go >100).
80 chains/sec I’d pay to see that
