Change Up -- Please read the rules before posting questions!

Just a reminder to read the rules. Maybe read them twice and then read them back to front before posting your questions.

And if you are responding to a question bonus if you refer back to the manual section that covers this question!

ust a reminder about VEX Rules. If it doesn’t explicitly call it out, then it’s not limited. So while they state in SG8 about the other teams balls, there is no mention of how many you can hold. Because there is no mention, there is no limit. This is a common thing through all of the VEX games.

A reminder though there is a common sense rule, so even though, once again the GDC has declined to state “no sharks with lasers” as a rule, sharks with and with out lasers are covered by the common sense rule. (G3)

I know that the rulebook says stuff about possession of opposing alliance balls, but it doesn’t say anything about your alliance color balls. Does anyone know how many you can hold of your alliance?

There is no possession limit for your color

I would invite everyone to join the “Read the Manual” contest. Remember, as you read the manual https://content.vexrobotics.com/docs/vrc-change-up/GameManual.pdf, keep in mind that the manual tells you what you absolutely must do, and what you are prohibited from doing. It cannot tell you everything you “could” do. If what you want to do is not prohibited by the manual, then it’s generally legal if it doesn’t violate other rules.
