Is there any way to change the language on the V5 brain to German? It shows it as an option, but it’s grayed out. Can anyone help me fix this?

No, German is not an option.
way back in 2018 there were plans to implement more languages, but other projects and priorities happened, and It’s unlikely to be address at this stage.
EXP and IQ Generation 2 have a German option, actually hard to implement with the small screen on those platforms when German words tend to be so much longer than the English equivalent.
