Choo choo mechanism gears

Ok so my team and I are building a choo choo and the gears keep bending out. Any advice would be much appreciated on how to fix this problem. Thanks!

You can try to double them up so they would be harder to bend. Additionally, it seems like only one side is having the issue of bending gears. Make sure that your mechanisms are symmetrical (there could be a small build inconsistency with the choo-choo mechanism on the right making its gears bend).

Honestly, Iā€™d recommend trying winch. From my experience the best choo choos are worse than a solid winch.
