Chromebook connection failing

Some details:

  • GSuite does not have any security settings that are different between Student & Teacher, relevant to this particular application.

  • Some student users are able to successfully connect/download the application, others cannot and are the main focus now.

  • When the application fails to download, users see a “no internet access” message.

Basically, once the user runs the IQ app, the app responds with the above message and will not proceed.
