I see that ChromeOS 75 and greater is supported for Chromebook. My understanding is that ChromeOS Flex is ChromeOS running on x86 hardware. Does this work for VEXcode IQ?

This is not a supported / tested use case for VEXcode. It may work, but it’s not currently (or planned to be) officially supported.
