Clarification of website challenge

For the Website Design Challenge, teams are able to do updates about events that occur after the submission deadline?

When challenges close, we basically take a snapshot of your submitted website entry. So our judges will see the site as you submit it on January 11. For sections of your site that will show future information/updates (for example, your News section showing the performance of your teams after each upcoming competition in January-April), simply create a placeholder letting us know where this content will be and what it will look like.
