I am a coach for VEX VRC. I have 1 team going to the US Open and 1 team going to worlds. I am unable to attend due to financial reasons. How does one go about getting a parent certified/qualified to be in the pits with the kids for these events? I tried looking through the forums but struck out.

For Worlds, you would need to change your RobotEvent contacts to include the adult. There will be additional check information provided prior to Worlds date.
The venue is open to the public, so pretty much anyone can sit in the pit, but specific adults can check the team in and represent the team.
