What are the restrictions with regards to pneumatics? How many reservoirs can you use? How much psi?

The pressure in the tank can start off at 100 psi. As for the number of tanks you can have, the answer is as many as you can buy before running out of money (and that can still fit in 18X18X18)

You can use as many reservoirs and pistons as you want, but the max pressure is 100psi.
The only restrictions I think I have run into is just use parts VEX provides, thats all. Otherwise I think there really is no regulations except for the PSI which has been stated multiple times now.
