I am trying to get my team signed up for more competitions, but our school has already used our team’s three early-bird registrations. Is there a way to secure us a spot in a competition on roboevents?
Three competitions (excluding regional competitions and worlds) is quite a lot though… many teams only have one or two, excluding said comps.
Paying the registration fee and signing up normally is the way to “secure” a spot. Other than that, there really is no other way (the waitlist is kind of iffy, and you probably won’t get off of it since you registered to so many competitions).

To clarify a bit, the wait list is sorted by number of registered events then by date requested to be on the list. So if you are a team with 3+ events already registered, you will be listed after teams with less events.
Have whoever is making the registrations set an alarm for when the event fully opens to try and get your spot. Early events fill mostly from early bird, but as the season progresses more teams are blocked from using that method, and more spots are available at the normal open date.
