Compression for Intakes

So our team has recently tried to attempt stacking 9 cubes with 200RPM intakes. However, after intaking 7 cubes, the flaps begin sliding across the intakes without actually pulling up the cubes. Additionally, the intakes don’t seem like it is able to pull 9 cubes into the tray? Any solutions for compression on intakes or is this problem something entirely different? Thanks.

There is a newer post with solutions to this issue. While 7 cubes is actually pretty good, I totally understand the push to want to get more.

This could be related to friction but my best bet is that your rollers are bowing out, which is not good at all. In essence, more compression or more solid compression. Another thing to try is going down to 100 rpm rollers.
