Computer, controller, and field set up for tournament

I am new to hosting events. I am planning an event in february but do not know how to set up all the things. I have TM downloaded on a computer and all the switches, wires, cables, screens…but no idea how to all connects.

Does anyone have a schematic or instructions on what connects to what?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
