Today is Memorial Day, so I doubt you would get a response from anyone in the USA.
Why do you need to contact them so urgently and can’t wait until tomorrow? These are a few things I could think of that need urgent attention, with recommended solutions: 
A VEX Part broke - Wait until tomorrow, it takes time to ship anyways.
A VEX Part is missing in your order - Wait until tomorrow, it takes time to ship anyways.
A VEX Part has caught fire - Find a fire extinguisher, and then use it
You’re bored and want to talk about VEX - Call someone else or use the Forum
You have a GDC question - Karthik is at VEX’s Canada office anyways
You have a technical problem - Wait until tomorrow
You have a technical problem and your robot is out of control - Unplug the battery
The VEX office is burning down - Call the fire department. If VEX people would be near a phone you can call, they would have probably noticed it themselves.
If you can, post it on the forum. I’ve seen some VEX people reply on Saturdays and Sundays, so it seems they really like their job.
