Controller Disconnecting

I am using pros, and when I try to download my code (which has always worked up until now) I with build and upload, it builds, then sometimes the radio flashing light turns solid (the controller disconnects) for like a second which is normal but sometimes it gives me the NACK’d error, sometimes device reports readiness to read but returned no data (device disconnected or multiple access on port?) , and sometimes finding nothing in the device header (which I think means it’s disconnected). The first and third one I have gotten normally and just download again and it works, but that isn’t working now. Also, sometimes it just says command completed for the build and then the upload progress bar just goes away (while still on the back and forth phase), and it doesn’t download. I am pretty sure it isn’t the wire, port, or radio (though I think we were having issues (that eventually went away but we might have gotten a new radio I don’t remember) last year), since everything else runs fine and the controller only starts disconnecting when I try to download code. I have also tried factory resetting the controller (I know it worked because the controller had been stuck and became unstuck) and that didn’t work either. Occasionally, it has worked but it is not even close to consistent. If anyone has an idea of why this is happening, please tell me. Thank you!

By the way, the most common thing that is happening right now is the uploading message just disappearing. Here is a video of that happening when I press build and upload (sorry for the zip):
NoUploadMessage.mov.zip (187.6 KB)

(If something starting with “I can confirm” is posted after this, ignore it; it was from before) I was able to fix the problem. Surprisingly, all I needed to do was turn off experimental features and close and reopen vscode. I have no idea why that worked (except for maybe the fact that the experimental features might have broken some things or maybe I just needed to restart pros), but in any case it worked. Well, sometimes it does still disconnect but it is at least pretty consistently downloading now.

I can confirm it definitely isn’t the wire or brain port, but we don’t have another radio to test.
