Controller issues

We are using the built in program for clawbot to drive the robot.
Occasionally, motor operated by the right joystick creeps forward without moving the joystick. We tried rotating the joystick, but when you let go, the motor still creeps. Is this a broken controller? Know any fixes?

Have you tried calibrating the joysticks? You need it tethered to the Brain then follow the instructions in the Brain’s options menu.
