Controller not connected to brain

I recently moved my brain to help stabilize my center of gravity, and just learned how to download more than one code on the brain. When I downloaded the second code and started remaking it, the controller no longer connects to the brain on either of the programs. I haven’t completed rewiring all the motors, but it shouldn’t stop the controller from connecting. Why would this happen?
Here is the code I have so far.

have you tried re-tethering it?

Are you using V5 or IQ?

In both situations try plugging the controller directly into the brain for a minute. On iq this is done with the blue ethernet cable and on V5 you can use any smart cable.

If this doesn’t work try powering the brain off and then on with the controller plugged in.

Lastly, with the controller plugged in over the wire make sure both the brain and controller firmware is up to date.

Hope this helps.

Is the radio (the piece with the wifi symbol) connected to the brain because that is the way that the controller connects to the brain?
