I’m having a problem conducting firmware updates to my controllers. Brains have been updated to newest version (2.0.1) and giver me an error message saying that the controller requires an update. Plug in the controller to the brain, but the VEX IQ utility doesn’t show the controller at all, even after refreshed.
I’m using known good cables, and It’s happened to 2 different controllers attached to 2 different brains. Any advice?
