Our team controller has been failing lately,
When the robot is turned on the controller works fine but once it is put into use it will only make the robot move a few inches, then. The lights on the controller blink green, yellow, then stay red, then the controller looses connection and cannot be recovered. At the moment the controller dose not work. We`ve tried new batteries, the trouble shooting map, but the problem still resists.
Your help will be greatly appreciated.

In order to get a better understanding of your issue, please confirm the following:
Are you able to operate the robot in tether mode?
If not, what the status of the LEDs on the Joystick before and after the problem appears?

We are not able to operate in tether mode, the lights before the problem are all green but after the problem occurs the lights flash all red then one signal red light stays in joystick.

Do all the light stay solid red on the Cortex?
Have you tried a different battery?
