Hello,

I have a brand new, never used, Cortex Joystick. I have paired it. I have downloaded the proper firmware, more than once. I have used several different pairs of keys, both original and 2.0. I have changed the batteries. When I turn it on with the keys, all 4 lights turn solid red and don’t change. I am just about ready to throw the thing out the window, and I have a tournament tomorrow.

Please help.

I apologize about your frustration.
All red LEDs usually means low batteries. Were the red lights on the Microcontroller or Joystick?
What light do you get if you connect the suspect unit to a PC via USB cable?
