I have a Cortex Microcontroller that will not sink up with the computer and the program states that it has an ID Error. What can be done to correct this?
Install the latest VEXnet Firmware Upgrade Utility from http://www.vexrobotics.com/wiki/Software_Downloads . If you still have an invalid ID, contact VEX Tech Support at 903-453-0802. You will need the utility installed and running on your PC and also have the Cortex attached to the PC with a USB A-A cable when you call.
