Cortex not responding

Hi, I have 2 sets of Cortex Controllers that are not responding.

When I turn on set 1, I get this cycle starting with 1 red flash on all lights simultaneously:
“Robot” … then 7 green flashes with medium frequency
“VEXnet” … then 11 yellow flashes at high frequency followed by 4 yellow flashes at medium frequency
“Game” … then many yellow flashes (ultra high frequency)

When I turn on set 2, I get:
“Robot” Light flashing green with ultra high frequency
“VEXnet” Light dark
“Game” Light flashing green with ultra high frequency

I tried pushing the “config” button on both sets of controllers with no particular change.

What’s going on? How do I fix these controllers?

Have you tried going through the troubleshooting flow chart?
