While trying to upgrade one of my class room cortex units it gave me a message to contact VEX for another ACCESS Code and something else. Can you help me with this. The cortex is a 03A11

For the access code, you have to call-in the phone number indicated at the bottom of the error message. If unable to call within our business hours (8-5 CST), please take a screenshot of the error message and email it to support@vex.com
Also please make sure you are running version 4.1.x on the VEXnet Upgrade Utility.
