Hi, I’m creating a team and I’m from the Harker Middle School. Is anyone interested? I already have one team member.
This isn’t really the place to ask. People don’t browse the forum looking for teams to join. You would be better off doing things around your school. Things like putting posters around your school, being in a club fair, getting on the school announcements, will be more successful.

When I was in middle school and me/my best friend started a coding club, I just made an advertisement for it in iMovie and tried to lobby to the school to get it put on the morning announcements. Eventually they caved, and then out of a school of 1500 kids, we somehow managed to get like 60 people to join coding club. (That’s a lot for one club that we aired an announcement for like twice).
I’d say talk to your principal or something about putting it on the morning announcements (assuming you guys have TVs in your rooms, some schools dont) make an advertisement talking about how good IQ is and then just wait on it, for sure at least a few people are gonna see it, and you really only need 3 or 4 people to make a competitive team.

Umm, unless I have the totally wrong school, looks like your school already has VEX teams. Perhaps get in touch with the mentor/coach to see about joining a team.
