CS Level 1 Certification Question Error?

so from the question, it asks if “Down Eye detecting Red is TRUE” which means the first branch is run and therefore the robot moves forward.

However, the ‘correct’ answer is that the robot will turn right 115 - which should only happen if the FRONT EYE reports TRUE.

Am i missing something or is this an error?
