Is it possible to communicate with the RC though the Dashboard port for debugging purposes?
NO, not directly. The Dashboard port on the OI should only be connected to a PC serial port. You can then view data being sent to the RC or data coming from the RC unit. New for 2005, you can also view Breaker Panel data (which breaker is tripping, or has tripped once).
