We have 8 teams and several have experienced dead ports. This is with standard Vex cables. I can’t say without digging deeper what each port was connected to and what that particular motor was doing. That shouldn’t matter. This is a problem Vex needs to figure out. This past weekend at a competition, 1 of our teams lost their last unassigned port and now had to disable/not use one of their functions.
With as many problems as we are experiencing, I am extremely reluctant to send in any V5 Brains for a swap because of how far behind Vex is with supplying these parts.
What is the solution? This is unacceptable.
