tbh i would wait for them to iron out the “bugs” (you know, literally everything bricking) before getting a kit.
My school has updated to V5, and I don’t think that the delivery time is as high as they say it is. Honestly, just send it.

Ours just shipped (and we are using a 3rd party distributor), so there’s hope! I think you can publish your Declaration.
