Deleting Images

I mistakenly uploaded extra copies of five images - Is there a way for me to delete the extras?

I know that I am offered unlimited gallery storage, but everytime I see them I’m going to be irritated

Right now as of what I have seen, there is no way for a normal member to delete images they have uploaded, I also have an extra copy of an image uploaded, and would like to delete it. I would advise that this feature be added soon.

you can try pming the admins

You go to your info and go to attachments and select them all and delete them.

Close but no cigar.

That path let’s me delete attachments to thread posts, but not gallery images.

Thanks - I was cheerful and optimistic for a few seconds at least

Send me a PM with the images you would like removed, and I can delete them.

I’ve updated the permissions so you can delete your own photos now.

Thanks Brandon; but… I’m not finding the right sequence of menu selections or other commands to carry out a deletion. Posting a “roadmap” to the new capability would be helpful.

Once you find the picture you want to delete, click “Image Tools” a little above and in the right hand corner of the picture. Then on the drop-down menu, click “Edit Image”. Now at the top you will see “Delete This Image”, and underneath there will be a box you can click, labeled “To delete this image, check the box to the left and then click the ‘Delete This Image’ button below.”, click the box, and click the “Delete” button below it, and you’re done.

How do you create a new thread?

Go here to view all the forums, and once you find the forum you are looking for (example: General Forum), click on it. From there, you may want to go into a Sub-Forum, if available, but once you find exactly where you would like to create your thread, click the “New Thread” button, found just above all the other threads.
