I am in Vex Iq and now that the original Vision Sensors are discontinued and since Vision sensors are allowed in the Vex IQ competition as far as I know, I was wondering if there was anyway I could be able to get one of them.

I don’t know of anywhere that sells them, and I don’t think you would be allowed to use them at competition. 
Why would the vision sensor not be legal? It’s in the Legal Parts List for this season.

I thought you would not be allowed to use them since they are discontinued. but then I looked at the Legal parts list and it was on there.
