Disk stuck on indexer

when i fire a disk on my robot the disk on top of the one i just shot it gets stuck on the indexer when in is going back, is there eny way to fix it?

Hi, we have a similar indexer and had a similar problem, you should check if your plastic is even and these types of indexers work well when they make a 360 rotation. Also try flipping your c- channel and see if the discs store properly, in a vertical line, not diagonal. But I don’t know, you should double check. Could also be the Indexer not moving at a good speed. We used a green cartridge at 50% speed.

Do you have a video? That might help us find out what’s wrong.

Make the back of the indexer like a ramp… so it forces its way UNDER the discs and not INTO them. Flip it to hide the rough edges away from the disc. Look at your sweep angle… don’t make it go too far. retract IMMEDIATELY… before the discs fall down.

I believe it is this button .

You cannot upload videos here, you have to use a website like YouTube.

We had a similar index with the same problem and solved it by making our indexer like a box. We added short standoffs to the indexer bar and covered the whole indexer with anti-slip mat to smooth it out.
